Pursuant to the provisions of the 2002 ITAN constitution and in line with the directives of the National Executive Council of ITAN, the caretaker committee wishes to announce the kick-off of the elections into for the Abuja Chapter Executives for the 2009 –2010 tenure. Nomination forms will be ready for pick up from the 14th of January, 2009 from any of the persons mentioned above at various fees clearly stated below:

1. Chapter: Chairman - N15,000
2. ,, Vice-Chairman - N10,000
3. ,, Secretary - N10,000
4. ,, Assit. Secretary - N5,000
5. ,, Treasurer - N5,000
6. ,, Financial secretary - N5,000
7. ,, Publicity secretary - N5,000
8. ,, Social secretary - N5,000
Please note that the position of Chapter Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary are strictly reserved for Bona fide CEOs/MDs of ICT companies (not proxy representatives). Candidate for these positions must be career IT Professionals. ALL NOMINATION FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED ON OR BEFORE 29TH JANUARY, 2009 by 4PM FOR NECESSARY PROCESSING.
